Sign in to a DatumHue deployment. The workstation's window shares this sign-in, so running this once signs in both.

datumhue login [OPTIONS]

Exit codes: 0 = signed in, 1 = local error, 2 = the deployment's sign-in service is unreachable, 3 = no matching issuer, 4 = sign-in rejected.
